Travel Diary

From 12/25 ---- 1/6

my foots were stepping on HK's territory during these days.

first day was just to settle down my accomdation, nothing special occurred on that day. McD was the first restaurant i been to in HK and my first meal in HK was bought from there, that shop was somewhere located in mongkok, working business---24 hours.. employees were quite good in servicing and most importantly they could speak englsh fluently...
[as far as i concern, i have a long way to go, to improve my english]
my first meal was...Mc nuggets.. they seem tasted nicer than the one i had in aust, dont know why,...
and also, shake shake fries was so impressed too, i've tried all 4 flavours during the trip.

2nd day...

this was a special day for me....woke up in the morning and tried to dress like a backpacker. that includes a travel guide, bag, pen, money..
i was looking for some sort like "char chan tang" to have my breakfast. found a porridge shop and went to taste. sitting by myself was so lonely...a bowl of porridge and a glass of cold soya bean were my breakfast. they tasted alright...but after i finished them and started my "backpack travel", my stomach started feeling weird...couldn't bear the ache and after 30mintues i gave up the "backpack travel" and went back to hotel for rest. dammit, how bad luck was that...in the afternoon, amigo came up and looked for me, and then we started discovering the Mongkok area. to be frank, this area was damn crowded... no wonder it was depicted as the the most densely populated place on the eatrh. Langham place, Grand Century Place, Mongkok centre, and some famous streets were quite nice for shopping. went to get some cup noodles for meals in coming days. had the chance to take "Underground Railway" MTR...... damn convenient...i wonder when would malaysia build one to reciprocate us. that night, went to visit the Victoria Harbour... harbour view was awesome, satisfied me sooo much

Rating .....70%

3rd day...
went to causeway bay.....what i could praise was... this place is paradise to shopaholics, students, and each and every one... heaps of people can be seen in causeway bay. i guess they came for many purposes... too many shopping centres and restaurants and entertaiment facilities that surprised me. went to SOGO, Time Square, WTC +++++...

this area is ....a way better than Mongkok to me....but i guess things are a bit more expensive than the previous area.
went to wanchai for basketball and supper after it. unbelievable, spent my time doing sport while travelling.

Rating....100%

4th day onwards...
went to victoria harbour and TST in every two days. the scene was fascinating...
central was totally not suitable for teenagers as this area is full of branded stuff.
went up to the peak...house of wax, and for scenery again....=.= but looking down from the peak to central was different to the feeling of looking the harbour view..
AIA HK world carnival was too expensive for me but had fun, so..never mind

didn't go many places as money restricted.... done a bit of shopping and a night before i came back, stayed in a hotel which could look at the harbour again~!!! everyday at 8pm... you will feel surprised if you look at the Hong Kong island from TST.

although my using words and way i expressed werent tempting, i promise that HK is reaally a good place to travel.

i miss it so bad, hope there'll be a chance for me to go back again.....and i hope, not the same purpose i was travelling....

without you everything seemed strange though.......

Christmas 06

25th Dec is always a notable day to everyone. Everyone celebrates a day before it ,for the same reason....

but last Christmas, i was an exception.

that day, i woke up in the morning just to pack luggage....felt the sun but it's sort like raining in the afternoon...

family fetched me to the airport,on the way, dad bought something to heal my hunger, felt so warm a moment before departure, my mind gone dark, keep asking myself, the primary intention for me to travel over there was departed, should i return? didn't think too much, just grabbed myself into the plane.

when i was landed, suddenly i realised that nothing brought me here, i was the only one who decided to come over,...
1st time travelling to a place where i never been before,,, after the luggage claimed, had an amazing feeling that ...so unbelievable, didn't expect to travel by myself didn't even know where i would stay when i stepped out to the arrival hall....
took train to the Kowloon and caught a cab to seek for accomondation. ....

fortunately, i found a cheap place to stay over the rest of my trip days~~

My Christmas just gone like.....shouldn't spend this day flying overseas

merry x'mas to you.......................as in everyone

unsent..........message ==konvicted==

6 th Jan 2007

hey
how are ya laterly....
it's just, my last day in HK, just to let you know in case you wonder.
These days, i spent time to discover the life over here, the way Hongkie live,...and i figured out that it's festive, a happening city.
As what you said, anything that you could think of, you could get it in HK...anything
and I could understand why you left eventually...

feel so sorry for being immature last time, for not appreciate what i had, for not taking good care of you and for being so childish...
nothing stands eternally, everything has a beginning has an end,
now that you found your way, to a better life, and i'll always be there to wish you--all the best..

i saw where you live while i was on the way to the airport, guess you must be having great time with your friends by now

never had the guts to face you...ain't no coward, but just....lack of confidence

reckon that therewill be no chance for us to gather again, but whenever you meet situations, and no one could help you at that time, try to contact...i'll try my best to help ya.....

will always be there for you, as i am one of the best friends you have met in aussst...

just...take good care of yourself...
expecting you to be tougher, and stronger....

alll the best...

if you wonder how i know .........you told me before, where you lived...and you did show me....i guess...this bulding is the one you showed me last time, in the middle of the night

SO....SEDUCTIVE =.=

genting trip -----> 12/11 - 12/14

this was the first trip i took part in during school break....

i got the chance to meet up friends that hadn't been keeping in touch for ages...

These days,...spent my bed time, dinning time, playing time with uncle sam, ho-maa, roger, mr yao.what and others....

having breakfast is always something that irritates me while travelling, who would really want to wake up in the moring just for the breakfast while they spent their whole night having fun, gamblin, and chatting

for someone who haven't been up there: althought the expenses in genting are a bit over compare to KL,it does really give you entertainment that you never had.......with the ..unique weather over there, and the entertainment facilities

for someone who have been up there: shouldn't be wasting your money, cause what you had experienced up there was enough, the second time you go, you will feel frustrated..as things over there are expensive..+ the tempting casino...

my own p.o.v.....use it as a reference....nothing more than that
the following pictures taken while we were in genting:

where we stayed during the 4 days

friendsss....homa is always the tallest guy among us but he is also always the one who needs to bend down everytime
and i'm always the shortest among them~~

would that be the final dest??? couldn't even see clearly

foggy theme park,....but it wasn't that cold over there

Friendship is always something that people need to treasure and cherish...without it, life will surely be lack of pleasures...

first...time ever

Does "first-time" really stand something meaningful to you?? once it happened, wouldn't it just get brushed off of your mind..?

to me,things just...happened without planning...so, they aren't really memorable....
Yet, some of them were kind like experiences, they were remarkable.

joan just sent me an editted photo...

she made us looked like a geek
can't stopp laughin'

what she wrote for me was... kisses the hurts,
don't really get what she meant, but i guess that would be something she needs me to understand

i'm looking foward for the next editted pictures. and sorry for not havin the permission to post this pic up, hope you won't get maddd
